Our mission is to provide quality products, honest education, and exceptional customer service while helping women feel confident in their alternative hair journey.

By placing an order with Wig Party, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the policies outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout to ensure you have selected the correct style, color, and quantity.

If you have questions prior to purchasing, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it enters our processing system quickly and we are generally unable to make changes, additions, removals, or cancellations.

Please verify your order carefully before completing checkout.

First to Checkout Wins

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory.

Due to limited quantities and high-demand product releases, inventory is secured only when checkout has been successfully completed.

When multiple customers attempt to purchase the same item, the first completed checkout will receive the available inventory.

Inventory Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide the option to:

• Select an alternative color or style, if available
• Receive a full refund for the unavailable item

Sale & Clearance Items

Sale, clearance, and promotional items may include overstock inventory or pieces that have been displayed, demonstrated, or tried on during educational live broadcasts.

These items remain in excellent condition unless otherwise noted. However, they may not be factory-sealed or untouched.

Customers seeking a brand-new, unopened item shipped directly from Belle Tress should purchase regularly stocked merchandise rather than clearance or sale items.

Shipping Policy

Most orders ship the next business day.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, although many orders are shipped sooner.

During major sales events, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with customers as soon as possible.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to become active within the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been submitted, we are generally unable to modify shipping information or reroute packages.

Wig Party is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Wig Party is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

If package protection or shipping insurance has been purchased, claims may be submitted according to the terms of the protection provider.

We make every effort to accurately display colors, styles, lengths, and product details.

Please note that actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturer variations.

Because wigs are handcrafted products, slight variations in color placement, density, and fiber appearance may occur and are considered normal.
