Q: I ordered the wrong thing, can I change my order?
A: No. I know the frustration. Unfortunately I am unable to change your order after you have submitted it. Please double check your order before you submit payment. I am unable to change it after the fact.
Q: I just purchased something and now it is on sale. Can I get a price adjustment.
A: No. I know the frustration. Unfortunately I am unable to change your order after you have submitted it. You made a commitment when you made your purchase. My sales and discounts change all the time. I am unable to do a price adjustment. Please double check your order before you submit payment. I am unable to change it after the fact.
Q: I ordered an item and now you are saying it is out of stock. Don't you keep track of your inventory?
A: I know the frustration. Because most of the items I sell are a direct ship from the manufacture, on occasion there may be an item that is sold out and is on back order. The inventory consists of thousands of products when you factor in style and color. It is impossible for me to maintain an active inventory as it changes every minute.
If an item you have purchased becomes out of stock, I will email you as soon as possible. You will have the option to choose another color or receive a refund.
Q: My order says label created and there is a tracking number but the item has not moved. Where is my package?
A: I create shipping labels as items are purchased. Your item may be not here yet. I do this so I can fill orders as items arrive at my home.
If you purchased an item that will ship from BelleTress in California, I will mark your order as filled and update the tracking number as soon as I receive it. Usually within 2 business days if not sooner.
Q: I don't like this wig. Can I return or exchange it?
A: No. I know the risk with purchasing online and receiving something you are not in love with. If you are new to wig wearing, it can be daunting to try something new. You WILL look different and it may throw you off because you are not used to it.
All sales are final. We suggest you continue to try the wig. Put some make-up on and have a selfie photo shoot. :) It is fun!
Q: My wig seems stiff and has a crunch, did you put product in it?
A: Some wigs with curls may come like this because the wigs are synthetic and baked in an oven to lock the curl in. Each wig is made by hand. Just like cookies, not everything is going to come out perfectly golden brown. But that is what comes with purchasing a wig with wave or curl. You are not really going to find this with a straight wig as it has not been heat treated. No, I do not put products on any wig unless it is disclosed on the sale page. Only sale items have been tried on my during a live show. I do not wear the wigs aside from that and I do not accept returns or exchanges so these wigs are not used.
