I know we have many new people here so I need to remind everyone that I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!!!

Porch Pirates are out in full force! They can get into your gated communities and find your packages. They don't know what inside and don't care until they open them!! They don't care!!

I had an $1800 phone taken out of a package and taped back up and delivered to me via Fed X!! I was out that money!! There was nothing FedEx could do because it showed the package was delivered. There was nothing in my bank could do because I used my reward points to buy it. (It was still my money) There was nothing Apple could do because the bank purchased it on my behalf with my reward points.

I had to file a police report and if I wanted to take it a step further, I could've filed a claim with my renters insurance. Guess what, there are more horrific crimes that the police are dealing with them to help me find my stolen $1800 phone!

At the end of the day, it was a theft. It was a crime and unfortunately, nobody is responsible except for the person who stole it.

It served me no purpose to go and complain about the bank, Apple or FedEx. It's an unfortunate circumstance.

I did my due diligence to check with all parties involved. At the end of the day I got screwed.

Unfortunately, this happens and it is happening more and more and more.

We make it very clear that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. We can help you file a claim however, if the shipping party shows that the package was delivered to you, nine times out of 10 they will not pay out your claim.

We will not refund your money. We will not send you another Wig. It doesn't matter how much you scream and complain and threaten us. Our policy is and has always been the same. You have the right to shop anywhere you would like. And we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We are not in the business of taking peoples money. We are in the business of helping women feel confident in their own skin by providing them with the best prices in the industry. Thus taking a loss, and me no paycheck.

Be respectful and take responsibility.
