ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Terms of use - Shipping Policies and Procedures

All Sales Are Final. 

Once you have put an item in your cart and you have checked out, there are no cancelations. You are committed to the item you chose to purchase.

PLEASE make sure you ordered what you intended to order. I cannot cancel your order after it was submitted.

No returns or exchanges. 

I ship to the address provided by you at check out. Please make sure you put the correct address in.

I am unable to reroute a package.

I am not responsible for lost of stolen packages. 

The sale section will consist of overstock and or items I have tried on for guests during a Facebook Live. Wigs may have been removed from their original box and placed into an alternative box or poly mailer for ease of shipping and to keep costs down for you.  

If you would like a New, Unopened wig shipped directly from BelleTress, Please do not purchase a sale item assuming it is brand new and never tried on or comes in its original box. 

This is a small business.  I hope her business to help them. I feel confident in their own skin while wearing an alternative hair. I do not take a paycheck. What I offer is a service as a convenience to you, my customers.

For in stock items, we try to ship next day. However, during busy times or do unforeseen circumstances, it can take us several days to get your order out.. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your order. Usually sooner. The shipping notifications you get from Shopify may not be accurate. You will need to check the tracking number provided to you in your account. 

Please allow a few days for it to show active. 

On occasion some items may be out of stock. If you purchase an item and we determine that the item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to choose another color or receive a refund.
